1. I am Unable to Login. What Next?

2. Is My Personal Information Secure with You? How Can I Edit It If Needed?

Don’t you worry! It is absolutely secure with us. We make every effort to keep the information that you have provided us to be safe and secure. It will only assist us in better understanding you so that we can provide you with better services in the future. You can amend your personal information by going to "My Account" and making the necessary changes there.

3. How Long will the Delivery Take?

It’s really quick. At WEBOS PTE LTD, we normally follow two transmission mode-Regular which takes 4-5 days, and Airmail which takes 2-3 days. The regular transmission mode is by default while the latter will need to be selected by you while purchasing in order for faster delivery.

4. How Can I Track My Orders?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you may track it. Simply tap on the tracking link in the email you received to get real-time updates on the status of your purchase. You can also check the status of your order by logging into our website and going to the "My Account" area.

5. Will All the Products Be Shipped Out Together?

We make every effort to ship an order's entire contents together. However, a few products from an order may be shipped from different places at times. If this is the case, we may send selected products first and the others later to guarantee that you don't have to wait any longer than necessary. When a shipment is dispatched or ready for delivery, we will notify you either via email or SMS.

6. Is It Possible to Update My Delivery Address or Phone Number After I’ve Placed My Order?

Sorry, but it isn't possible because the system would have already passed your phone number and address to our warehouse, which would have packed and shipped your purchase. However, you have the option to cancel your order before it is packed and place a new one. There are no cancellation fees, so don't be concerned.

7. What Different Statuses can an Order Have?

The following are the various statuses:
-Confirmed: This indicates that an order has been placed and that you have received confirmation.
-Packed: This indicates that your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped.
-Dispatched: The order has been sent, which means it is on its way to you.
-Delivered: This indicates that your order has been delivered to you.
